I joke a lot so I may come off aloof but I cry every time I watch Phenomenon... I like writing jokes but I'm probably better at pretending to play the guitar. My love of travel is proportionate to my fear of flying. I hate flying.
Okay, I am going to be more sincere in this profile.
I'm a newcomer to the PNW. I moved here in February from NYC but I am from Maine originally. I spend most of my time working for the video production company I run. I'm often filming, editing, and writing.
I love comedy and films to the point of obsession and I'll never turn down a good discussion on anything.
I'm looking for someone that likes to travel, loves to learn new things, has a good sense of humour, and is genuine.
If you could have a dinner party and invite any 4 people, dead or alive, who'd be coming? Tim Minchin, Brian Cox, Derren Brown, Neil DeGrasse Tyson
Where do you like to hang out? Comedy venues.
What's something you want to do but haven't? Travel to Scotland for Fringe Fest.
If I could change one thing about Seattle, it would be: It would have a subway system.
One book everyone should read is: Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood
One movie everyone should see is: In Bruges
Who would you like to play you in the movie of your life? Who would probably get the part instead? I would Natalie Portman to play me but Drew Barrymore would probably get the part.
If I could only eat one type of food for the rest of my life, it would be: Eritrean
I consider myself an open-minded person, but my deal breakers are homophobia and bigotry
Design your ideal mate: the brain of Tim Minchin and the body of Ryan Gosling
Something I said I'd never do but did anyway was fly.
My guiltiest pleasure is my love of the X-files.
When stuck in gridlock I sing at the top of my lungs.
One night stands can be fun.
A fault my friends tease me about is my "accent".
When I die, I believe I will go in the ground.
One sport I will never get is curling.
