Collecting awkward stories.
I look for the same thing in a dude that I look for in a friend (dude or otherwise)...someone who appreciates letting go and having fun, but doesn't require babysitting. Someone articulate, intelligent and into sarcasm. Someone who's kind to servers, knows how to tip and holds the door open for people - in other words, just be courteous whether it's a stranger or a friend. Someone thoughtful and considerate (no flakes), but whose chops I can bust and vice versa. I'm a big pinko commie liberal, so please be left of center. I like to cook, so I hope you like to eat.
I'm pretty easy to get along with. I've got my own thing going on, so you should too...we don't have to have all the same interests, we just need to be compatible and really into each other. I think it's healthy to have Do Your Own Thing time balanced with time together...it gives you stuff to talk about. Besides, it also means I won't drag you to the umpteenth Depeche Mode dance party. That said, if you like Depeche Mode (or any/all synth pop/new wave/dark wave), camping, cooking, watching and discussing good and terrible movies, going to shows, "that's what she said", pretty brunettes and breakfast food, chill neighborhood bars, warm summer days indoors, getting in the water, and/or Sunday Fundays, hit me up.
