Version 4.0- Nothing pithy, just an honest self observation. I have tried to be witty (was only humorous to myself) and "I'm all that" (but really, I am not) so here we go... the last cast of the day to see if there really are more fish in the sea...

Disturbed by the complacency of the American sheeple and trying to figure out what it is going to take to help them wake from their comatose slumber. I have found an insatiable hunger for knowledge regarding contemporary world issues in the last half of my life and it has become personal crusade to help people work through their own circles of truth.

I am seriously devoted to my beliefs and invigorated by conversation with like-minded individuals. I am continually striving to better myself as a person through channels of honesty, love, respect and strength, while checking my percipience before chiming my point of view. I look at life from all sides and tend to find the good, even in the bad.

My lighter side is full of thoughtfulness, courtesy, giving and undying loyalty. I have no time for emotional succubus' or self centered emotional basket cases. Been there done that. I understand we are all human and have shortcomings and fall prey to bad times, but personal strength and respect for yourself goes a long way, as does an awareness of purpose.

I have stories for days and long for days full of stories. I am a romantic, but not hopeless. I relish sharp humor, good cooking and cooking well. Being a musician, I lean heavily toward the appreciation of arts of any kind. I am pretty laid back, but am confident in my positive and warm personality and enjoy sharing it with my friends and loved ones.

I dig day trips! Finding a small town to eat lunch in, or a hike through the hills. Fishing is an honored pastime that has many benefits... ask me about that later. I play music at least once a month with friends, if not out at an open mic enjoying other local talent. I am always in the middle of a book and asking for suggestions on great movies (no big budget hollywood flicks, thank you.)
